Terms and Conditions for Dukan.pk
1. Dukan.pk will not be responsible for any fraud either from the store, customer or delivery company or for any business or personal losses (including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss.
2. For orders requiring cash on delivery, where partner delivery services are engaged, the Delivery Company will be solely responsible for cash collection, without any involvement/responsibility of Dukan.pk. Cash account clearance period will be according to the Delivery Companys policy.
3. Termination/Modification/Suspension: Dukan.pk and partner service providers reserve the right to modify, terminate or suspend the Services/Application at any time without prior notice due to any changes in internal policy or the applicable laws or any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you or for any reason whatsoever. You shall remain responsible for all activities that occurred prior to termination of your account.
4. Dukan.pk shall reserve the right to suspend your account without any notice to you in the event Dukan.pk suspects that your account is being used in a manner so as to cause nuisance/prejudice to Dukan.pk and its partners or any other persons.
5. Your information which includes, but is not limited to, name, contact number, national identity card, location of business, will be stored by Dukan.pk for maintenance of transparency and security. In case of false identity or wrong information, Dukan.pk is entitled but not obligated to suspend your account without prior notice.
6. Policy Changes: Dukan.pk and its partner service providers reserve the right to modify terms and conditions according to changing scenario.In case such a change is made, parties will be provided with updated terms and conditions.
7. Delivery and Payment collection charges will be based on distance, amount of order, wait time and exact location / address or as per the Delivery Company terms & conditions. The delivery charges will be added in the final bill amount and the store will receive its actual bill amount in settlement.
8. Terms and Conditions of specific delivery or payment partners that you choose to make use of in the process of doing business through Dukan.pk will also be applicable.
